2. More than 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in the automation equipment manufacturing industry, with over 3 years of team management experience, possessing the ability to install and mobilize automation equipment;

3. Possess rich knowledge of equipment manufacturing processes, proficient in preparing assembly and debugging SOP documents;

4. Proficient in using Pro-E or Solidworks, AutoCAD, Minitab, or other statistical tool software;

5. Outgoing and optimistic personality, strong communication skills, proactive and hardworking;

6. Experience in the design and manufacturing of optoelectronic semiconductor equipment, with priority given to lean production, 6-Sigma, and excellent performance project experience.
